Boerne, Texas — on the Guadalupe River

The Guadalupe River Bend House

Three bedrooms, private river access, and 1.7 quiet acres where the deer outnumber the neighbors. This site is for the people who already know this place — past guests, and anyone they've told about it — to book directly with us.

Welcome

Good to see you again — or hello, if you're new here.

If you've stayed with us before, you probably already know the coffee's better on that deck watching the deer come through. If a friend or family member sent you this way instead, welcome — this is the same house they told you about, and this page is where to check real availability and book it directly.

No search algorithm, no service fee, no stranger's review to read first. Just the place you already know you like, or are about to.

The house

Built in 2023, settled into 1.7 acres of Hill Country.

3Bedrooms
3Bathrooms (all en suite)
6Sleeps
1.7Acres, private river access

Each bedroom has its own queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Stained cement floors, vaulted ceilings, and local artists' work run through the main living area, which opens onto a full kitchen and a large dining table. A trail winds from the house to an overlook above the river — the last stretch down to the water is short but steep, so bring real shoes. It's also genuinely dog-friendly: a doggie door, a ramp, and a fenced section of yard make it easy to bring yours along.
