The house
Built in 2023, settled into 1.7 acres of Hill Country.
Each bedroom has its own queen bed and en-suite bathroom. Stained cement floors, vaulted ceilings, and local artists' work run through the main living area, which opens onto a full kitchen and a large dining table. A trail winds from the house to an overlook above the river — the last stretch down to the water is short but steep, so bring real shoes. It's also genuinely dog-friendly: a doggie door, a ramp, and a fenced section of yard make it easy to bring yours along.
